Warranty

Terms

• The goods are warranted against any defect in manufacturing or materials.
• The warranty covers the replacement/rectification of defective goods only.
• KonVeh's liability under this warranty is limited only to the value of the goods to be replaced/rectified under this warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage due to the following:

• Use of inappropriate products (higher wattage).
• Excessive heat.
• Excessive dampness.
• Defects due to the units having been modified by the customer.
• Changes in colour due to different light sources and prolonged exposure to light.
• Normal wear and tear of goods in use.
• Inappropriate and non-standard usage and application.
• Bulbs, fluorescent and LED lights, and other products with short-term usage.
• Internet outage — non-availability of Wi-Fi or network connectivity.
• Physical, accidental, or cosmetic damage, including cracks, dents, scratches, or breakage.
• Damage from voltage fluctuations, power surges, short circuits, or faulty external wiring.
• Damage caused by fire, lightning, flooding, pest infestation, or other acts of nature.
• Installation, servicing, repair, or modification carried out by anyone other than KonVeh-authorised personnel.
• Products whose serial number or identification label has been altered, defaced, or removed.
• Consumable parts such as filters and batteries, and any parts covered under a separate replacement schedule.
• Damage occurring during transit or relocation after the original installation.
