These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the meshams website, the meshams companion app, our cloud platform, and all hardware products we sell — including the Isaac air purifier and its filters and accessories, Lumos smart switch panels and packages, and the Aura sensor (together, the “Services”). By accessing the website, purchasing a product, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are operated by KonVeh Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U62090HR2026PTC144723), incorporated in Haryana, India, which owns and operates the “meshams” brand (“meshams”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can reach us at support@meshams.com.
The Services span connected hardware, software, and the platform that ties them together:
Product descriptions, specifications, images, package contents, and pricing may change without notice, and certain products or features may be unavailable in some regions. We do not warrant that descriptions or other content are complete, current, or error-free.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products or create an account. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch the order. We may refuse or cancel an order — including after confirmation — in cases such as pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, in which case any amount already charged will be refunded.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those services is subject to their terms. Shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
The meshams app, our cloud platform, and the firmware embedded in your devices are licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and firmware solely to operate your meshams devices for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Lumos smart switches and similar products connect to mains electrical wiring and should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the provided instructions and local electrical codes. Any product guidance we provide — including AI-assisted recommendations about which product fits your setup — is offered for convenience only and does not replace inspection by a qualified professional. You are responsible for confirming compatibility, load ratings, and safe installation before use. Improper installation, modification, or misuse may void the applicable warranty and create safety risks.

The meshams and product brands (including Isaac, Lumos, and Aura), logos, software, firmware, designs, text, and other content are owned by KonVeh Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, nothing in these Terms transfers any rights to you.
Hardware products may carry a limited manufacturer’s warranty as described at the point of sale or in the product documentation. Except for any such express warranty and rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KonVeh Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KonVeh Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
The Services integrate with third-party platforms such as payment providers, Amazon Alexa, and Google Home. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app or cloud platform if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to others or to our infrastructure. On termination, the license granted to you ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
