Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued for the following cases:

  • Product returned within the 7-day return window in original condition
  • Product received in a damaged or defective state
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Item out of stock after payment (full refund issued automatically)

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Credit / Debit card: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Wallet payments: 1–3 business days
  • EMI orders: Refunded to the card; EMI cancellation is handled by your bank

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in cases where the product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, or manuals, or if there is evidence of use beyond what was reported. We will communicate the deduction amount before processing.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day return window
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or tampered with
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or power surges
  • Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@meshams.com with your order number.

How to Request a Refund

  2. 02Our team will respond within 2 business days.
  3. 03If a return is required, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  4. 04Refund will be processed once the item is inspected.
