We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returned products must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items returned incomplete or in a damaged condition (beyond the reported defect) may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be raised within 4 weeks of the original delivery date. Replacements are fulfilled within 2–3 weeks of approval.
