Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Eligible Items

  • Lumos smart switches and panels (unopened / unused)
  • Isaac air purifiers (unopened / unused)
  • Aura sensors and accessories
  • Any item received in a damaged or defective condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Replacement filters and consumables once opened
  • Customised or made-to-order bundles
  • Items purchased during clearance or final-sale events

How to Initiate a Return

  1. 01Email us at support@meshams.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. 02Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. 03Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
  4. 04After the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items returned incomplete or in a damaged condition (beyond the reported defect) may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be raised within 4 weeks of the original delivery date. Replacements are fulfilled within 2–3 weeks of approval.
