Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
These are estimates and may vary depending on carrier availability and local conditions.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your delivery in real time. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
If you miss a delivery attempt, the carrier will typically make one or two more attempts. If the package is still undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us immediately so we can arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us within 24 hours. If you discover damage after opening, notify us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
